Following the implementation of the 2022 ECOWAS flood response to affected households, Catholic Relief Services (CRS) convened with the National Disaster Management Agency (NDMA), Future in our Hands, The Gambia (FIOH), APS and project beneficiaries for an After Action Review.
Discussions were centered on challenges, recommendations and way forward for the following activities:
- Cash transfer
- Distribution of Water Sanitation Hygiene (WASH) kits
- Community led Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR)
- Dredging of waterways
- DRR Caravan
- Sensitization on risk reduction
