Beneficiary households will receive a monthly ration consisting of 72 kg of rice, 14.4 kg of beans, 1.2 kg of iodised salt, and 5 litres of vegetable oil.
The food distribution will happen in two cycles at identified communities (Distribution points) in each region. During the first cycle, beneficiaries will receive rations for October and November at once, while the final ration will be distributed in December. A total of 1,131 beneficiary households were identified from the social registry and the NDMA flash flood and windstorm data. The intervention is expected to benefit a population of 9,048 people across the country.
