The Gambia National Disaster Management Agency today, March 4th 2021, held a staff retreat at Tendaba.
Staff from the Head Office and Regional Coordinators all traveled on Wednesday evening and gathered at Tendaba.
The purpose of the training is for staff members to give each other an overall idea regarding their work activities, successes, challenges in the year 2020 and recommendations moving forward into 2021.
At the end of the retreat, staff members will come up with a holistic strategic action plan that will guide the agency in its next move.
The retreat will last two days.
